CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES
Shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fees may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees, as well as for the taxes. Taxes and any fees, if and when they occur, are paid by the customer.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME
Dark Moth offers two kinds of item categories. The Made To Order (MTO) items and the Ready To Ship (RTS) items.
Most of our items are MTO, that means that they get in the production line after you place an order. All our pieces are made with extra care and love. Please allow us 2-9 business days (depends on the product type) to do our magic! You will be notified when your order is ready to ship. Be patient and you will be mesmerized!
For RTS items there is no production time. Your order is getting in the line to be fulfilled immediately after the payment is complete. It will take 1-3 business days to be ready to ship.
In case an item is discontinued or for any other reason the production or processing time is delayed, you will be notified via email.
DELIVERY TIME
We try our best to deliver your goods the fastest the possible! Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and the shipping method, the destination country, the product type and the time of the year (e.g. Halloween, Christmas e.t.c.). Please read our latest Announcements, to see if there is anything new about shipping or delivery delays. We always state it when you should expect a delay on delivery due to an overload or any other reason such us holidays. Thank you for your understanding!
Express Shipping for MTO items is carried out by DHL Express, FedEx Express and TNT Express, depending on the destination country.
For some special RTS items we offer shipping with DHL on an extra cost, calculated at checkout. If an item is legible for this upgrade it will be written in its description.
