For Ready To Ship items there is no production time. Processing time takes 1-3 business days.

We try our best to deliver your goods the fastest the possible! Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and the shipping method, the destination country, the product type and the time of the year (e.g. Halloween, Christmas e.t.c.).

In general, from order to delivery, including production time, you could be looking at receiving your order in 7 days minimum and 20 days tops, although shipping in some remote areas might take longer, as up to 26 days.

Yes, we do, under certain conditions. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided you have the receipt or proof of purchase and the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if a refund or exchange was approved.
