Our first priority is to offer you quality products and quality services. Please feel free to contact us about any issue that occurs. We gladly accept returns, refunds and exchanges, under certain conditions. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.  

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, fill in the Return Form at the bottom of this page. Please note that the item(s) you want to return need to be sent to the following address, unless otherwise stated: 36 Grigoriou Lampraki str., 19010 Lagonisi, Greece.

You might be asked to send the package back to our fulfilment center, but this is something that you will be notified for.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed, along with a shipping label. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be made. Please note that if your country of residence is not Greece, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwear, swimsuits and piercing jewelry due to hygiene reasons, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

You can apply for an exchange by filling in the return form below. Here you can make exchanges regarding the sizes, styles and colors of the item(s) you've purchased. If you wish for an exchange with a completely different item(s) in our shop, the fastest way to ensure that you'll get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at darkmoth@thedarkmoth.com.

We offer two types of refunds: refund to the original payment or refund to store credit.

Only the cost of the purchased item(s) will be refunded or credited. If you upgraded to Express Shipping at checkout, this cost will not be refunded nor will be included in the store credit.

You have to upload a photo of the item(s) you want to return, in order to apply for a return, refund or exchange. If you don't upload an image of the item(s) in question, then the return, refund or exchange will not be approved. 

Please go through carefully the processing, production & shipping times and place an order only if you agree with them. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted for items not being received prior to this timeline is due.
